Introduction

Kingdom Warriors 360 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and the choices you have about your data when you use the Kingdom Warriors 360 mobile application and website.

Information We Collect

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your first name, email address, and a unique user identifier.
• Activity and wellness data: We collect workout and cardio activity, strength-training logs, weight and progress entries, nutrition and macro information, food logs, water logs, saved workouts and evaluations, journal/prayer entries, devotional content and keywords, and customer-support requests that you choose to submit.
• Food photos: If you use the AI-assisted nutrition feature, the photo you take may be transmitted for analysis. We do not store the uploaded photo itself; only the analyzed nutritional information you choose to save is retained.
• Device and local data: Certain information such as game scores, reminder settings, and selected profile preferences may be stored locally on your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain your account and the app’s features.
• Track your workouts, nutrition, progress, and devotional journey.
• Generate AI-assisted content when you explicitly request it.
• Respond to your support requests and feedback.
• Send local reminders you have enabled on your device.

AI Processing

When you explicitly request AI-powered features — such as food-photo nutritional analysis, workout evaluation or planning, prayer/journal-based encouragement, devotional generation, or exercise-related assistance — certain user-provided content may be sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to Google Gemini for processing. We only send the data necessary to fulfill your specific request, and we do not use that content for advertising or profiling.

Data Storage and Security

Your account records and application data are stored using Lovable Cloud/Supabase. Local information, such as game scores and reminder preferences, is stored on your device. We use industry-standard access controls and rely on our backend provider’s security measures to help protect your information.

Face ID and Biometrics

On supported iOS devices, you may optionally enable Face ID or Touch ID for quicker sign-in. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device’s operating system and is never transmitted to or stored by us. You can disable biometric authentication at any time in the app settings.

Local Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications do not require transmitting your personal information to our servers.

Advertising and Tracking

Kingdom Warriors 360 does not sell personal information. Version 1.0 does not include advertising SDKs, and we do not use your personal information for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking. Because version 1.0 does not perform tracking as defined by Apple, the app does not use Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Kingdom Warriors 360 account from within the app settings. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your application data — including strength and cardio logs, saved workouts and evaluations, rep coaching, weight entries, food and water logs, favorite foods, journal entries, saved encouragements, saved devotionals and support messages — and then permanently delete your authentication record. This action cannot be undone. If any data cannot be removed, the deletion is stopped and your account is left intact so we never report a deletion that did not fully complete.

Data Retention

We retain your account and application data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by applicable law. When you delete your account, your application data is permanently deleted from our systems and your authentication record is removed.

Children’s Privacy

Kingdom Warriors 360 is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Privacy Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account and data through the app settings. You may also contact us with questions or requests regarding your personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you as appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
